Kanona safari ranch is situated on the banks of the kanona river, overlooking the erongo mountains. the ranch is approx. 12000 acres of hunting area where you can find different species of game.

Kanona safari ranch specializes in rifle and bow hunting. our 2nd hunting area is approx 13000 acres. fully gamefenced, 45 min drive from main lodge. we are strategically located in an advantage position to favourable tourist destinations such as swakopmund, namibia's premier holiday resort and the internationally known etosha national park.In our close vaccinity we have interesting rock engravings & rock paintings telling the story of a historic culture once making a living in the mountains. we have dry riverbeds running through the farm, thick bushy areas and the beautiful erongo mountain range surrounding part of the farm.

On the deck of a thatched lapa you overlook waterholes, the soft riverbed, big trees in the back and the erongo mountain creating a natural frame to this unique feeling of tranquility. here are six luxury en-suite chalets, each with a wooden deck overlooking the river which is the ideal place to watch the sunset. We also have a thatched lapa, with a bar, dining area and a wooden deck overlooking the waterholes.
